Where do you ship?
Prints: Australia, New Zealand, the UAE and other Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain), the UK, the USA and Canada. Each print is made to order and shipped from a print partner close to you, so it arrives faster.
Hand paintings: within Australia only. If you’re overseas and would love one of my original paintings, contact me at support@arraheemislamicarts.com for an international shipping quote.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all hand paintings and prints within Australia. Prints also ship free to New Zealand, the UAE, the UK and the USA. For Canada and other Gulf countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Where is my order shipped from, and how long does it take?

Australia: prints are made in Sydney and Melbourne – 4–5 business days to print, plus 7–8 business days delivery (about 2 weeks). Hand paintings are shipped from my studio in Sydney: made-to-order paintings usually take 2–3 weeks, and ready-to-ship paintings go out sooner.

New Zealand: shipped from within New Zealand – usually 5–10 business days from your order (about 1–2 weeks).

UK: shipped from within the UK – 1–5 business days to print, plus 2–5 business days delivery (about 1–2 weeks).

USA: shipped from within the USA – 2–4 business days to print, plus 3–7 business days delivery (about 1–2 weeks).

Canada: shipped from the USA – 2–4 business days to print, plus 1–3 weeks delivery (about 2–4 weeks).

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: made in Dubai and shipped from the UAE – 1–2 business days to print, plus 2–8 business days delivery depending on the country (about 1–2 weeks). No international customs. Framed paper prints may take a little longer.

Will my order be tracked?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, contact me at support@arraheemislamicarts.com straight away with a photo and I’ll make it right.
